About Me
I am a psychodynamic counsellor, which means that I work very much with our unconscious processes as well as the conscious ones. I do long term counselling but also brief, solution focused therapy as well. I have experience of counselling in many different environments including, Her Majesty’s Prison Service, Cambridge University and a Women’s Centre.
